Assistant General Manager

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Assistant General Manager to support the Founder in delivering an exciting and ambitious slate of productions. This is a step-up role for a candidate with experience in production or arts administration, ready to take greater ownership across contracting, scheduling, budgeting, and logistics.

As THP continues to expand its ambitious slate of UK and international theatre productions, we are seeking a proactive, organised, and fast-learning Production Assistant to join our Production team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple productions, working closely with producers, creatives, and industry partners.

You will support the team with a range of administrative, logistical, and creative tasks—from rehearsal coordination to document preparation—helping ensure efficient day-to-day running of projects. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone with previous production or arts administration experience, who is eager to develop their skills and take on increasing responsibility over time.
