General Manager

We are looking for a General Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth delivery of productions and development projects, working closely with Founder Thomas Hopkins and co-leading the Producing team. With THP’s ever expanding slate of work, this position offers the chance to co-produce new titles, lead on in-house productions, and oversee landmark General Management projects.

Assistant General Manager

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Assistant General Manager to support the Founder in delivering an exciting and ambitious slate of productions. This is a step-up role for a candidate with experience in production or arts administration, ready to take greater ownership across contracting, scheduling, budgeting, and logistics. 

You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the producing team and be trusted to manage workflows, communicate across departments, and deputise for the Founder where appropriate. This role is ideal for someone looking to progress toward a senior producing, operations, or company management role, with opportunities to shadow senior staff and lead on internal projects.

Personal Assistant to Founder

As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organised, proactive and personable Personal Assistant to support the Founder, Thomas Hopkins, and the wider Leadership Team. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that prioritises diary and schedule management, stakeholder coordination, event and production support, and forward-planning across the Founder’s professional commitments.

You will act as a trusted point of contact, navigating shifting priorities with discretion and confidence, ensuring the Founder’s time, relationships, and workflow are managed efficiently. You may also provide administrative support when required, particularly in relation to Founder or production activity.

This role is best suited to someone with 2–3+ years of PA experience who thrives on responsibility, problem-solving, and supporting a high-performing creative environment.

Production Assistant

As THP continues to expand its ambitious slate of UK and international theatre productions, we are seeking a proactive, organised, and fast-learning Production Assistant to join our Production team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple productions, working closely with producers, creatives, and industry partners.

You will support the team with a range of administrative, logistical, and creative tasks—from rehearsal coordination to document preparation—helping ensure efficient day-to-day running of projects. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone with previous production or arts administration experience, who is eager to develop their skills and take on increasing responsibility over time.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, confident handling a varied workload, comfortable learning quickly, and passionate about theatre and the producing process. This role offers significant room for growth and exposure to all areas of production.

Business Admin & Finance Assistant (Full Time)

We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised, and detail-oriented Finance & Business Administrator to support our Finance Manager, Operations Manager, Founder, and wider production team. This is a hybrid role bridging the gap between the day-to-day financial and administrative running of the company. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a strong blend of bookkeeping, basic payroll, and office administration experience. You’ll play a key part in keeping our office running smoothly, maintaining meticulous spreadsheets, and ensuring our financial processes are accurate and organised, while developing the skills to take on greater responsibility as the company evolves

Company Stage Manager (The Hidden Dangers of Camping)

We are seeking an experienced and highly self-sufficient Company Stage Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of The Hidden Dangers of Camping. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient management of rehearsals, performances, and touring logistics, acting as the central communication point between creative, technical, and management teams to ensure the production runs safely, consistently, and on schedule.

Deputy Stage Manager (The Hidden Dangers of Camping)

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Deputy Stage Manager to join the production team for The Hidden Dangers of Camping. Working closely with the Company Stage Manager, Producers, and Creative Team. The DSM will support the smooth day-to-day running of the production across
rehearsals and performances. This is a hands-on role with particular responsibility for calling the show.

Assistant Stage Manager / Book Cover (The Hidden Dangers of Camping)

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Assistant Stage Manager (Book Cover) to join the production team on The Hidden Dangers of Camping. Working closely with the Company Stage Manager the ASM will join the production at the start of technical rehearsals in Windsor. The ASM will support the smooth day-to-day running of the production across rehearsals and performances. This is a hands-on role with particular responsibility for props management, backstage preparation, and providing cover within the stage management team as required.

Head of Wardrobe (The Hidden Dangers of Camping)

We are looking for an experienced and self-sufficient Head of Wardrobe to oversee all costume and wig elements on The Hidden Dangers of Camping. As a one-person department, you will be
responsible for the care, maintenance, and daily running of all costumes, ensuring consistency and presentation of the show across a variety of venues.
