As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organised, proactive and personable Personal Assistant to support the Founder, Thomas Hopkins, and the wider Leadership Team. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that prioritises diary and schedule management, stakeholder coordination, event and production support, and forward-planning across the Founder’s professional commitments.
You will act as a trusted point of contact, navigating shifting priorities with discretion and confidence, ensuring the Founder’s time, relationships, and workflow are managed efficiently. You may also provide administrative support when required, particularly in relation to Founder or production activity.
This role is best suited to someone with 2–3+ years of PA experience who thrives on responsibility, problem-solving, and supporting a high-performing creative environment.
