Thomas Hopkins is a Tony Award®, Drama League Award, and GLAAD Media Award winning producer working across theatre, film, television, and radio. As the founder of Thomas Hopkins Productions, he has established an internationally recognised production company whose passion for storytelling drives the creation of captivating experiences that leave a lasting impact.

Coming from a non theatrical family background, Thomas has emerged as a leading figure in the arts, establishing a legacy of creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship within the Hopkins family. He began his artistic journey at an early age, earning a full scholarship to the prestigious Urdang Academy in Covent Garden, where he studied Musical Theatre, alongside completing a degree in English and Drama at Middlesex University.

In 2009, Thomas transitioned from performing into production, managing his first West End musical at the Comedy Theatre, now the Harold Pinter Theatre, and his first West End play at Trafalgar Studios. Over the following years, he built extensive experience across every scale and level of the entertainment industry, developing a reputation for producing commercially successful and artistically ambitious work.

In 2019, Thomas founded Thomas Hopkins Productions, which has since worked on more than one hundred live theatrical productions and numerous productions created for platforms including Sky, BBC, Amazon Prime, BroadwayHD, Broadway On Demand, and Digital Theatre Plus. Recognised as an industry leader, the company specialises in transatlantic partnerships and supporting productions through its full service organisation.

Thomas’s producing credits span Broadway, Off Broadway, the West End, UK and international touring, film, television, and digital media. Productions have included Kenrex, Prince F, Data, Robert Icke’s Oedipus, Two Strangers (Carry a Cake Across New York), Liberation, This Bitter Earth directed by Billy Porter, Rose starring Dame Maureen Lipman, Glorious!, The Talented Mr Ripley, The Jonathan Larson Project, and Allegra by Peter Quilter. His development slate includes a new version of Boy George’s autobiographical musical Taboo and the major UK revival of Little Shop of Horrors. On screen, he is developing West End Girls, a reality series following the stars of London’s West End.

Guided by the belief that “The Future Is Ours to Create,” Thomas champions bold storytelling, innovative productions, and international collaboration across theatre, film, television, and radio. His work is defined by a commitment to developing exceptional talent, forging meaningful creative partnerships, and creating productions that resonate with audiences worldwide.

Thomas is a distinguished member of the League of Independent Producers, The Drama League, and the Society of London Theatre. He is also a voting member of both the Olivier Awards and The Drama League. Furthermore, he serves as a trustee of Just Add Milk, a charity dedicated to improving accessibility within the arts through workshops, educational programmes, new writing initiatives, and the Luke Westlake Scholarship.

Today, Thomas continues to develop and produce award winning work on both sides of the Atlantic, combining creative vision, entrepreneurial leadership, and strategic partnerships to bring compelling stories to audiences around the world.

Julian Stoneman

Julian Stoneman General Manager

His experience encompasses an extraordinary range of venues after leaving the Bristol Old Theatre School in the 1980’s, from intimate repertory theatres and opera houses to major stadiums and international arenas, establishing him within the global live entertainment industry.

Julian’s extensive portfolio includes numerous landmark and critically acclaimed productions. Among these is the original production of Aspects of Love and the award-winning, record-breaking Bat Out of Hell – The Musical. Julian has been intrinsically associated with Bat Out of Hell – The Musical for over a decade, having been involved with the show since its inception. His credits also include Billy ElliotCat on a Hot Tin RoofA Christmas CarolKristina at the Royal Albert Hall, My Trip Down the Pink CarpetLet It BeLord of the Flies with the Royal Shakespeare Company, Mack & Mabel, and Mamma Mia! in original productions worldwide, including London, Broadway, Australia, Canada, Germany, Las Vegas, Japan, Russia, Spain, and Stockholm.

In 2024, Julian managed the West End transfer of A Night with Janis Joplin, alongside the world premiere of Incredibly Human, created by acclaimed US magician Asi Wind. His collaborations extend to Tell Me on a SundayThe Breath of LifeThe CaretakerThe Lady in the VanThe Relapse, and Three Tall Women. Notably, Julian worked closely with Anthony Hopkins as director and the late George Martin on Under Milk Wood for the opening of Air Studios. He also served as Co-Producer of the Laurence Olivier Awards for 6 consecutive years, for SOLT, BBC Radio 2 and ITV.

Julian is a Director of MPSI Ltd and Director of Theatrical at Creative House Productions Ltd. He is a Patron of BN1 ARTS, supporting young people aged 16–18 in pursuing professional careers in the performing arts. He also recently served for over 16 years on the Campaign Board of Historic Royal Palaces and has recently been appointed Trustee of Exeter Northcott Theatre, where he contributes to artistic ambition, governance, and long-term sustainability at one of the South West’s most significant cultural institutions in the UK.

Jon Lee

Jon LeeConsultant General Manager

Jon is a seasoned theatre professional with over 10 years of experience in the entertainment industry. He has held senior roles, including General Manager and Associate Producer for Michael Harrison, Bill Kenwright, and Paul Elliott, as well as Senior Manager at Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Really Useful Group (now LW Entertainment). Jon has also contributed to projects with The Old Vic and The National Theatre. With extensive international experience across Europe, North America, the Middle East, APAC, and the West End, Jon has managed large-scale, multi-million-pound projects from concept to stage.

Now working as a freelance theatre management consultant, Jon specialises in commercial modelling, contracting, and operations for the entertainment industry. He is a full member of the Association of Project Management, holds a PMQ in project management, and has a BSc in Psychology.

WILL FIELDHOUSEPRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Will graduated with distinction from Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, with a master’s degree in Creative Producing, in addition to a BA in Philosophy from the University of Southampton. His interests have always leaned towards creative practice, and he has nurtured a lifelong passion for live theatre and performance. Outside of his work with THP, most notably he was part of the small team that presented BEAM in 2023, a two-day showcase of new musical theatre writing. He started working for Thomas Hopkins in 2023, initially offering administration and design services which has since expanded into his current role supporting the numerous productions that THP produce and manage.

BEN PARKER

BEN PARKERPRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Ben Parker is an East End born and raised theatre professional. He trained at the Guildford School of Acting, graduating with a first-class BA in Musical Theatre, and previously performed in the West End and internationally. He has also led community outreach projects, including founding and directing an award-winning choir.

Ben now focuses on production and live events, most recently working as a Production Assistant at The Other Palace, alongside producing original work such as a social media sitcom and adaptations of Five Children and It. Outside of theatre, Ben loves time with his fur baby Marmalade and playing board games with friends.

KIT THOMPSON

KIT THOMPSONProduction Assistant

Kit graduated from the Gaiety School of Acting, Dublin in 2018 and spent several years working as an actor in Ireland and the UK. After lockdown, he moved into fashion production, assisting and coordinating large scale shoots, events and campaigns for global brands. In 2024, he joined the producing team at the Finborough Theatre in Earl’s Court, leading productions and supporting a wide range of new work alongside the likes of Simon Stephens, Joe Harmston and Che Walker.

In 2025, he joined Seabright Live as Assistant Producer, coordinating a slate of West End, touring and fringe productions. Most recently, he worked as Production Coordinator on TiltedCo’s Uncanny Live, overseeing cast and merchandise logistics.

Originally from Tunbridge Wells, Kit is thrilled to be joining THP as a Production Assistant and excited to play his part in bringing ambitious live work to the stage.
